Chroma Key – Bum Fun with Blue Screen
Been spending all night with a damn pillow case and a camera.
You’ve probably all heard of blue screen or green screen, incase you haven’t – they use it in movies and most notably the weather.
Well, I’ve been on Windows movie maker pissing about with the blue screen transition effect (you have to download it first though) and I have had some satisfying results. First of all, it was just not working, but after i changed the colour of blue bed sheets and a different room with better lighting it was genius. I suppose it will take up most my day tomorrow, but hey, it’s fun.
My eyes are all fucked up just now, because of the combination of all the excitement and staring at this diddy laptops screen for a few hours. Can’t wait until i have some time to use this technique properly in an actual video. I could make my own movie with zombies and other scary shit in it. I better get some sleep though.
